Frankie Noor
Frankie, Director of Operations, handles the business behind the scenes, as well as all correspondence between clients and the salon in general. Clients may all have different stylists, but all guests get special attention from Frankie!
Sunny Mazandarani
Sunny has over 30 years of experience in cosmetology. She is an Aveda Certified Colorist and Educator. Sunny is our salon’s primary educator. She specializes in precision cuts, creative color, highlights, ombre, balayage, and threading.

I’m Jade, a seasoned stylist with 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. I specialize in precision cuts, blonding, textured hair,Keratin and Brazilian blowouts. My passion lies in transforming my clients’ looks and making them feel truly special and confident. Whether you’re seeking a fresh new style or maintaining your signature look, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized care.

Hi, I’m Rebecca—a hairstylist with nearly 20 years of experience and an endless love for all things hair. After building my career in Chicago, I’m thrilled to bring my expertise and passion to the Charlotte area.
I’ve spent the last 10 years working with Aveda, which has shaped my approach to healthy, intentional, and sustainable beauty. That foundation shows up in everything I do—from color to cutting to overall hair wellness.
I specialize in creating customized, healthy, beautifully lived‑in hair. Whether it’s balayage and highlights, dimensional brunettes, blonding, textured cuts, clipper cuts, or keratin treatments, my focus is always on enhancing your natural beauty while keeping your hair’s integrity front and center.
Education is a huge part of who I am. I’ve mentored stylists, taught classes, and continuously invest in advanced training so I can bring fresh, thoughtful, and up‑to‑date techniques to every appointment.

As Gisoo’s salon ambassador and Aveda product educator, I have exclusive first access to the latest and most innovative products Aveda has to offer.
My specialties include sophisticated blonding, lived-in and dimensional balayage (with a particular love for enhancing dark hair), precision cutting, long soft layered haircuts , bouncy long lasting blowouts, elegant updos, Brazilian Blowouts, and keratin smoothing treatments. I’m also pleased to offer customized perm services and welcome all hair textures in my chair.

I’ve been a stylist for over 15 years, and I still love every moment behind the chair. I specialize in men’s cutting and fades, and there’s nothing more satisfying than crafting a clean, sharp look that boosts someone’s confidence. I also have a deep love for working with curly hair—it’s all about embracing texture and shaping it to bring out its natural beauty.
Color is another passion of mine. I absolutely enjoy doing balayage and highlights, creating soft, dimensional tones that make my clients glow. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, I’m here to make sure you leave feeling amazing.
What drives me most is my connection with my clients. I genuinely care about each person who sits in my chair, and my goal is simple: make you look great and leave happy.

Hello lovely people my name is Tré, and I am one of newest additions to Gisoo Salon! I’ve been in the industry for 4 years now, so I know my way around some hair! I graduated in 2022 from Paul Mitchell the school, here in Charlotte. I’ve always been passionate about hair since I was 12 years old, always coloring family, friends and my own hair, and that passion continues to grow everyday when I get the chance to make someone’s day a little brighter. Gisoo Salon has open me to more education and I look forward to learning and growing apart of the team here! I enjoy being creating and expressing my creativity through my work.
Though I am passionate about all things hair my specialties are balayages, blowouts, color transformations, highlights, updos, and vibrant colors, I am also including facial waxing in my list of services. I hope to see you in my chair soon as I look forward to seeing you!

My name is Kalias (Kali for short). I graduated from the Aveda Institute in August 2025. I have a passion for hair, but my heart truly aligns with haircutting and styling—especially seeing the finished product come to life with a great blowout or beautiful curls. I love learning alongside Sunny and would be excited to continue growing and learning even more as I step into my career as a stylist.
