Gisoo offers a relaxing atmosphere and a team of incredibly talented artists. Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our clients and to bring out the best in the look that they desire.

Frankie Noor

Owner & Director of Operations

Frankie, Director of Operations, handles the business behind the scenes, as well as all correspondence between clients and the salon in general. Clients may all have different stylists, but all guests get special attention from Frankie!

Sunny Mazandarani

Owner & Artistic Creative Designer

Sunny has over 30 years of experience in cosmetology. She is an Aveda Certified Colorist and Educator. Sunny is our salon’s primary educator. She specializes in precision cuts, creative color, highlights, ombre, balayage, and threading.

Senior 2 Stylist

I’m Jade, a seasoned stylist with 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. I specialize in precision cuts, blonding, textured hair,Keratin and Brazilian blowouts. My passion lies in transforming my clients’ looks and making them feel truly special and confident. Whether you’re seeking a fresh new style or maintaining your signature look, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized care.

Nicole

Senior 2 Stylist
I’m Nicole! I’m a Charlotte native, color educator, and blonding specialist with a passion for creating luminous, lived-in color. Since 2019, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the art of color, from dimensional balayage to bright, seamless blondes, while also offering layered cuts, bouncy blowouts, men’s cuts, and smoothing services like Brazilian Blowouts and keratin treatments. As a salon ambassador and educator, I love sharing my knowledge with both clients and fellow stylists, ensuring I’m always up to date on the latest techniques and trends. My goal is for every guest to leave my chair with hair that looks effortlessly beautiful and feels completely customized to them.

I’m Liz – a proud Gisoo Native and dedicated hair artist with a passion for creating effortlessly refined, timeless beauty. My career began at the esteemed Gisoo Salon, where I trained under Master Designer Sunny and collaborated closely with elite Aveda Educators. This immersive foundation instilled in me a deep respect for technique, artistry, and the transformative power of exceptional hair design. 

As Gisoo’s salon ambassador and Aveda product educator, I have exclusive first access to the latest and most innovative products Aveda has to offer.

My specialties include sophisticated blonding, lived-in and dimensional balayage (with a particular love for enhancing dark hair), precision cutting, long soft layered haircuts , bouncy long lasting blowouts, elegant updos, Brazilian Blowouts, and keratin smoothing treatments. I’m also pleased to offer customized perm services and welcome all hair textures in my chair.

Junior Stylist

I’ve been a stylist for over 15 years, and I still love every moment behind the chair. I specialize in men’s cutting and fades, and there’s nothing more satisfying than crafting a clean, sharp look that boosts someone’s confidence. I also have a deep love for working with curly hair—it’s all about embracing texture and shaping it to bring out its natural beauty.

Color is another passion of mine. I absolutely enjoy doing balayage and highlights, creating soft, dimensional tones that make my clients glow. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, I’m here to make sure you leave feeling amazing.

What drives me most is my connection with my clients. I genuinely care about each person who sits in my chair, and my goal is simple: make you look great and leave happy.

My name is Tré. I’ve been in the industry since I graduated from Paul Mitchell here in Charlotte. I’ve always been passionate about hair since I was young, and that passion continues to grow every day when I get the chance to make someone’s day a little brighter. Gisoo Salon has opened me to more education, and I look forward to learning and growing as part of the team here! I enjoy being creative and expressing my creativity through my work.
 
Though I am passionate about all things hair, my heart falls more with balayages, color transformations, highlights, styling, updos, and vivid colors. I hope to see you in my chair soon as I look forward to seeing you!

I’m Owen, a dedicated student at Aveda School with a passion for hairstyling and my future career in the beauty industry. I absolutely love what I do and value every opportunity to learn from the incredible people around me—they teach me something new every day. I see Gisoo Salon as the perfect place to expand my skills and grow my knowledge beyond the classroom. I’m excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to contribute to this amazing team!
