If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact Gisoo
Salon within 72 hours of your appointment. We are happy to schedule
another appointment to correct any issues. The appointment must be
completed within 7 days of your original appointment. By filling out
below, you are acknowledging our policy.
At Gisoo Salon, we appreciate your business and look forward to
serving you. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our
clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if
you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
• Rescheduling/Cancellations within 48 hours: May result in a
charge of up to 50% of the total service cost.
• No-shows: Will result in a charge of up to 100% of the booked
services.
We respect and value your time, and we appreciate your
understanding that our stylists' time is equally valuable. This policy
allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an
appointment.
